Order Cancellation
A customer may cancel an order within 4 hours of placing the order, either through the website or by contacting our customer service team. Any advance payment made will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
www.fastdelivery.lk reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion if fraudulent activity, misuse, or a violation of these Terms & Conditions is suspected by a customer or vendor.
Returns & Refunds
www.fastdelivery.lk follows a no cash refund policy. Cash refunds or item exchanges are not permitted.
Instead, where applicable, customers will be issued store credit, coupon codes, or loyalty points equivalent to the order value, which may be used for future purchases on www.fastdelivery.lk.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if a customer chooses to return an order, the return courier charges must be borne by the customer.
Refund Policy – Wrong or Defective Items
We sincerely apologize if you receive an incorrect or defective item. In such rare cases, please contact us within 7 working days from the date of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement item. If the product is unavailable or out of stock, an equivalent store credit or refund as per policy will be issued.
To report a wrong or defective item, please provide:

If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, any approved return will be issued as gift credit equal to the value of the returned item.
